You don’t need to pre-register to attend a Trial class, but any students under the age of 18 will require a parent or legal guardian present to complete a registration form before the student can participate in a free trial. Students over the age of 18 will need to complete a registration form themselves before participating in the free trial as well.
You can! Children can be dropped off at the time of their class and must be collected at the end of their class time. Parents/Guardians are always welcome to stay for the duration of the class if you prefer as well.
We accept cash and card payments! Card payments may incur a card processing fee – we will have the current fees sign posted at the admin desk of your location. We also accept Active Kids vouchers in the first two to three weeks of the term for those purchasing a term package.
Please arrive to class 5-10 minutes early to arrange for payment.
If purchasing a term package, you will only need to do this once for the term! Then we will check in the student for each class attended without any further payment needed for the term.
If paying on a class-by-class basis, please ensure you arrive 5-10 minutes before each class to complete payment and check-in.
We complete gradings depending on belt level in the second last, and last week of the term, and presentation is in the last week of the term.
If you miss a class there is lots of opportunities to catch up! Speak to your coach about which classes at other locations you can attend to do any catch up classes needed before grading week.
We liaise with after school care partners at select locations to pick up (and drop off if needed) students from after school care for their class. Contact us to discuss if we can facilitate this for your child. This option is available to students who have arranged to purchase a term package or otherwise pre-paid for the days they require to be collected from after school care for class.
